Position: Customer Care Associate
Working day: Monday to Friday
Working hours: Start at 8-9 AM to 5-6 PM ( Have OT )
Location: Central World
Open for new graduates with strong proficiency in English.
As a Customer Service Associate it is your responsibility to maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, communicate with customers through various channels, and acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Handle a significant number of inbound transactions, providing phone and email-based/chat support.
- Document customer transactions according to company procedures in a web-based CRM application.
- Identify and resolve customers’ needs.
- Promote Value Added Service during calls.
- Forward and escalate concerns to supervisor.
- Track own performance KPIs through the Employee portal.
